Art Therapy via Splatter Painting
Art Therapy uses the creative process to support emotional well-being and wellness. Thanks to a long-standing partnership with Eastern Virginia Medical School, CBA students have the opportunity to work with Art Therapy interns throughout the year. This semester intern Jillian Ulery has used the beautiful weather as a chance to get outside while creating art!
“Splatter Paint is just one of the many art therapy processes that students can use. Splatter paint can be used to express emotions, release energy, stress, or just be a fun way for students to gain more confidence in their art making skills and abilities!” – Jillian
