Mosquitos and Spiders and Rats, Oh My!

Special thanks to our partners at Mosquito Joe for providing our lower and middle school students with a creepy-crawly presentation on spiders and rats!

Students learned about the two different species, their characteristics, and then observed them in their natural habitats. Following the presentation, a trivia game provided the opportunity for our young entomologists to show off their knowledge as they vied for bug-themed prizes. Everyone walked away with a goodie bag and a new understanding of the smaller creatures that walk the planet with us.
