Mrs. Debbie Pratsis, Accounting Assistant

CBA is excited to welcome Debbie Pratsis as our new accounting assistant. Debbie’s family moved to Norfolk when she was a child as her father was in the Navy. She enjoyed a successful career in accounting and payroll management before retiring in 2022.

However, retirement didn’t last long when Debbie reconnected with friend and former colleague, Laura Hembree, CBA’s Director of Finance & Operations, who recruited her to join the CBA team!

“I am happy to be here. I have been aware of CBA and it’s  mission since the school opened in 1989. My daughter and granddaughter live in the area, so now I get to spend a lot of time with my family. My hobbies include spending time with family and friends, going to the beach and attending oceanfront festivities, nature walks and gardening.”
