Jazmine Beatty, Art Teacher

Originally from the DMV (Washington Metropolitan) area, Jazmine moved across the country in 2016 for college. She graduated from Texas State University with a BFA in Communication Design, then came back to the Virginia area in 2020 to get her Master’s in Art Education from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. She relocated to Virginia Beach this summer to join the CBA community!

“Outside of teaching and making art, I enjoy roller skating, visiting friends and family, and just traveling to new and fun places. While at CBA, I’m excited for the opportunity to foster connections with the students and local community and develop meaningful art projects in response to those connections”.
