Art Club @ The Neil Britton Gallery

To help our students gain an understanding of the importance of artwork within our community, the CBA Art Club recently visited the The Neil Britton Art Gallery located on the campus of Virginia Wesleyan University (VWU).

The gallery currently holds a solo exhibit created by artist Derek Eley. Students were given time to explore the artwork up close, some even stopping to sketch their own versions. Following their tour, participants were able to speak with the artist and ask questions about his work. VWU art students were also present to offer educational insight into their studies.
