VFLDS Supports CBA through EISTCP Tax Credit Program

Since its inception in 2019, The Virginia Foundation for LD Students (VFLDS) has supported hundreds of students in its mission to promote equitable educational opportunities for low-income students with learning differences. Through its work in the administration of tax credits through the Education Improvement Scholarships Tax Credit Program (EISTPC), VFLDS provides need-based scholarships for low-income families with children who require specialized academic programs to overcome their learning challenges.

Chesapeake Bay Academy is one of three Virginia schools supported by VFLDS, along with New Vistas School in Lynchburg and Northstar Academy in Richmond. All three schools are exceptional learning environments and are the only schools in VA that are licensed by the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) and accredited by the Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS).
