A Wall of Inspiration
In celebration of Black History Month, middle schoolers created a powerful “Wall of Notable Black Figures” highlighting influential leaders, artists, activists, and innovators who have shaped history and continue to inspire change.
As part of the project, students selected an influential Black figure to research and completed biography presentations showcasing their impact and legacy. Through their work, students explored themes of resilience, leadership, courage, and service — deepening their understanding of how individuals can shape communities and history.
We are proud of the thoughtfulness and creativity our students demonstrated in honoring these trailblazers and celebrating the lasting contributions of Black leaders past and present.
