Now Trustee Emeritus, Mr. Baldwin has served the CBA community since 2006.

Stanley F. Baldwin joined the board in 2006 and served as Board Chair from 2013-2019. In addition, Mr. Baldwin was also co-chair and cabinet member of the Transformation Capital Campaign, helping to raise $1M a year for 5 consecutive years. Mr. Baldwin’s efforts were central to the school’s ability to pass legislation to aid fundraising efforts. Both Stan and his wife Dolly have spread the great word of CBA and their visibility across the community has raised CBA’s stature and prestige.

Mr. Baldwin has over 35 years experience providing legal services to corporations in the areas of business law, securities regulation, insurance, managed care and corporate finance. In 2011, he retired as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Amerigroup Corporation and currently serves as a board member and investor in several start up health care companies.

While no longer Board Chair, Stan will remain active in the CBA community. CBA extends our deep appreciation to Stan for his past service as well as his continued commitment to our school.
