Home Ec: Food & Consumer Science

Middle and upper school students engage in hands-on, multisensory activities as they learn the finer points of cooking, nutrition and food safety in our Home Ec: Food & Consumer Science Program. In addition to familiarity with the culinary arts, students learn important life skills with the curriculum providing experience in organizing a home, designing a budget, and managing relationships and resources to achieve an optimal quality of life.
