  • Ms. Donahue’s Museum Day

Ms. Donahue’s 4th grade class recently wrapped up a Social Studies unit on Native Americans. Each student researched a tribe and designed a cereal box to demonstrate what they’d learned, combining important information with eye-catching visuals.

To bring their projects to life, students hosted a “museum” presentation for the entire lower school, sharing details about their selected tribes while highlighting the thought and creativity behind their designs. From facts about daily life to cultural traditions, students took pride in teaching others what they had discovered.

The younger students were fully engaged, asking questions and exploring each display with curiosity. It was a meaningful opportunity for Ms. Donohue’s students to step into a leadership role while reinforcing their learning through presentation. The project was a strong example of how creativity and academics come together—giving students the chance to research, create, and share their knowledge in an engaging way!
