Kim Rowe, Director of Enrollment Management

Please welcome CBA’s new Director of Enrollment Management! Originally from Dallas, Kim Rowe moved to Virginia Beach in the summer of 2021 and is married with four daughters. Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Before coming to CBA, Kim spent 17 years as an educator, first in Texas and more recently in Virginia Beach Public Schools teaching social studies in inclusionary classrooms.

“I love to read and spend time with friends. I would like to contribute to the success of CBA by enhancing enrollment and retention. My goal is to build meaningful connections with students, families, and the community while ensuring our program meets their diverse needs.”
