Chesapeake Bay Academy, along with TCC, ODU and CHADD of Hampton Roads, held a symposium on “Skills for Success with ADHD”. Ari Tuckman, PsyD, MBA was the keynote speaker. His topic was “Change What You Can, Accept the Rest”.

People with ADHD often have to work harder yet have less to show for their good efforts, making it easy to get discouraged. This presentation helped attendees to acknowledge their frustration and understand the importance of continuing to work towards a better life.
