Billy Brock, Trustee Emeritus

After 27 years of dedicated service on the CBA Board of Trustees, William (Billy) B. Brock was elected to Trustee Emeritus status as the board recognized his distinguished service to the school. Mr. Brock, a lifelong Norfolk resident, is an alumni parent who joined the board of trustees in 1996. During his tenure he served as the board’s vice chair, on the strategic planning committee, and on the committee on trustees. Mr. Brock also founded the CBA Spirit Wear initiative and was an honorary cabinet member for the Transformation Capital Campaign. He earned a law degree from the University of Virginia and is a retired from Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in his role as an investor. Other affiliations include Norfolk Young Life, Good Shepherd Episcopal Church and Norfolk Collegiate School.
