Dr. Ball joined the Board of Trustees in 1992 and from 1996 he has chaired the Education Committee (now the Education & Research Committee, co-chaired with Linda Miller-Dunleavy). He also serves on CBA’s Strategic Planning Committee and the CERTI Advisory Committee. Outside of CBA, Dr. Ball is now retired from his 35 years of patient care, teaching, research and administration at EVMS where he last held titles of Vice Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Co-Director of The Neuropsychology Program. He is the current Vice Chair of the Virginia Board of Psychology and Editor of Perceptual and Motor Skills, a scientific journal for which he continues to apply his neuropsychology expertise.
