Dr. Frank joined the board of trustees in 1992 and served on the Education committee for several years before moving to Emeritus status in 2020. Dr. Frank practiced pediatric neurology as a member of The Children’s Specialty Group and has an active clinical research program with his partners. Dr. Frank is also an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at EVMS and CHKD. His personal experience with many CBA students and graduates confirm his commitment to the school.
