  • First Week in Action: CBA Is Back!

The halls of CBA are officially back to life! We kicked off this school year welcoming back all our smiling faces with custom signs from our faculty and staff. From reconnecting with friends and teachers to settling into new routines, our students made the most of their first week back and began building the foundation for a great year ahead.

Lower School kicked off the year by getting to know one another and finding their rhythm. Students participated in team-building activities, classroom conversations, and plenty of opportunities to connect with teachers and classmates as they practiced routines and built community.

Middle School put connection and belonging at the center of the week. Through interactive Morning Meetings, students discovered shared interests, made new connections across grade levels, and reflected on what they need from themselves and those around them to have a successful year.

Upper School focused on getting back into the rhythm of school and preparing for the year ahead. Students reconnected with teachers and friends, settled into their schedules, got their technology ready for learning, and turned in summer reading assignments.

From new routines and new connections to plenty of familiar faces, it has been a busy and exciting first week at CBA. Each year brings something new and we are looking forward to seeing all that’s in store. We have been beyond excited to finally welcome all of our CBA Community back into the building with a fresh energy and renewed vision. We’re off to a great start, and we can’t wait to see what this year brings!
