Krishna Rasik Davda joined the CBA community as Head of School in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in schools serving students with learning differences. Prior to CBA, he served as Head of Student Experience at The Overlake School (WA), where he led Student Support, Experiential Education, Athletics, Advising, Scheduling, Hiring, and Accreditation while advancing student well-being initiatives. His previous leadership roles include Head of Middle School at Perkiomen School (PA) and Program Director at Franklin Academy (CT), where he helped establish the school as a recognized model for neurodiverse learners.

Krishna is a recognized thought leader in education and a co-author of the upcoming U.S. State Department publication Getting Down to Business: A Playbook for Expanding and Enhancing Sustainable Student Support Services in International Schools. He frequently presents on executive function, differentiated instruction, inclusion, student well-being, and skills-based teaching. Krishna holds an M.Sc. in Public Policy & Management from the University of London and a B.A. in Medical Ethics from New York University.
