Please complete the form below to be put on the waitlist for the Academic Therapy Summer Program. A $250 non-refundable deposit invoice will be sent via email from our business office upon receipt of online registration. Payment in full is due by Monday, June 16th. No portion of camp is refundable. All summer programs will be closed on Friday, July 4th.
