Virtual College Conversation: Nov. 11
For many families, the question isn’t just whether college is possible. It’s what it will actually look like.
On Wednesday, November 11, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, Batten University’s Center for Neurodiversity and Career Development is hosting a virtual conversation designed for high school students with disabilities and the families who support them.
The session is built around the questions families often ask as they start thinking about life after high school:
- How is college different from high school?
- What are our options?
- What questions should we ask?
- How should we prepare?
For students who learn differently, understanding what changes after graduation can make all the difference. Support looks different in college, and knowing that early gives families time to plan, ask better questions, and build confidence. This event is a good starting point, especially for our Upper School families, though families of younger students are welcome to learn what’s ahead.
