Obtaining a driver’s license is an important milestone in preparing for adult life. Through our partnership with Fuhrmann Driving Academy, upper school students have the opportunity to earn their driver’s license as a part of our physical education program. Students can take their classroom portion online or in person at Fuhrmann Academy. For any CBA student that is ready for the Behind the Wheel portion this Spring; CBA will coordinate with Fuhrmann Academy so that students can complete the Behind the Wheel portion at lunch or during an elective class. Students receive both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training from a DMV-certified instructor. Upon completion, participants receive the necessary certification to be used when applying for state licensure.
