Middle school director Margaret Meyers was recently chosen to present at a Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS) virtual professional development session for over 150 educators focused on serving the needs of unique learners during the COVID-19 pandemic. This VAIS presentation was a collaboration of six schools who offered their expertise to the other 90 members schools of the association. Mrs. Meyers offered a presentation on supporting the social and emotional needs of students in a virtual environment. In addition to being our middle school director, Margaret is also a certified Mindful Schools instructor.
