1st Annual ADHD Symposium

On Saturday, January 24th Chesapeake Bay Acadmey, along with TCC, ODU and CHADD of Hampton Roads, held a symposium on “Skills for Success with ADHD”. Ari Tuckman, PsyD, MBA was the keynote speaker. His topic was “Change What You Can, Accept the Rest”.

People with ADHD often have to work harder yet have less to show for their good efforts, making it easy to get discouraged.
